I+Deas is a developing and validation model of innovative products, with high added value that combines the ideas of the Addvice professional team and technological solutions available in the market and yet, that require to be assessed in local conditions. 
60 MILK TESTING POINTS A MONTH
An essential pillar in the I+Deas model is our hardware-software installed capacity that allows us to daily monitor and evaluate, in each milking process, milk production, fat and protein rates, electrical
conductivity and lactose. Accordingly, we can individually monitor each animal’s productive,
physiological and sanitary status twice a day. Therefore, this allows us to determine the management, functional and nutritional ingredients e ects in real-time.
OUR TECHNOLOGY
Our testing-experimental unit is based on the state-of-the-art hardware and software AFILAB +
AFIMILK technology. Individual feeders allow us to add nutritional ingredients independently of the
animal’s corresponding diet, selecting the individuals from the cattle as the testing group. With a herd
of 700 cows per milking process, we can record 42.000 events a monthly.
AFILAB is an individual analyser of milk components for each cow in each milking process.
The AFILABanalysis allows an actual-time detection using an in-line micro-lab to monitor each cow.
FROM THE SOUTH OF CHILE
The I+DEAS unit operates through a traditional system of milk production based on grazing
supplemented with TMR and an individual diet per cow in the milking parlour. This production unit is located in the centre of the milk production area in the south of Chile.
